We also ranked among Aon Hewitt’s top 17 Best Employers in India, and are one of the only two FMCG companies mentioned.  We are currently hiring for two roles that assist in Financial Planning and Analysis for domestic business and international business & supports the managing committee for data analysis respectively.  It involves both short term and long term forecasting including the preparation of Annual Operating Plan and measurement of actual vis-à-vis the plans and analysis thereon. The role has day-to-day interactions with stakeholders from Sales/Marketing, Supply Chain/Procurement functions which become both a customer and supplier for the person responsible for the role.  The job responsibilities will include:  Planning:  - Formulation of AOP, zero based costing. Receipt of inputs from Sales, Supply chain, factories and aligning plans with relevant stakeholders. Goals setting process   - Short term forecasts based on revised inputs and actual changes in market dynamics or cost inputs. Variance analysis vs. plans.  - Simulation on profitability scenarios and Replacement pricing.  - Formulating long range and strategic plans  Drive analytics:  - Handling management accounting and advance analytics of each line items of P/L with cuts for category, formats, brands.  - Rolling forecasting and guidance to business on delivering versus plans   - Monthly profitability Dashboards, analysis of gaps.  - Support on NPD's, Pricing, What if scenario, shadow costing and Adhoc MIS.  Support finance interface with managing committee on any support.  We are looking for Chartered Accountants (MBA Finance will not be considered for the role) with 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing companies preferably FMCG.
