We also have a business in the Middle East and a strong presence across SAARC countries.  To find out more about GCPL, explore www.godrejcp.com  Your Role Specifications:  - Responsible for managing Regional logistics Budget - Primary, Secondary, CFA (~20 Cr spend)  - Evaluate new sites for creating best of class support infrastructure   - Develop new vendor/channels for Secondary logistics for improving efficiency both in time and cost  - Ensure OTIF processes and delivery to distributors   - Take APO, bar coding and other IT initiatives forward in regions  - Support the team in obtaining Insecticide license and ensure other statutory compliances related to storage  - Optimize primary placement on a day to day basis for maximum benefit for the organization  - Partner with sales in driving any new initiatives / entering new markets  - Reduce obsolescence in the region  Qualification And Experience:  - MBA from Tier - 1 B school with 2-3 years of experience or Engineer from premier institutes with 4-5 years of experience in logistics  Skills Required:  - Go-getter, ready to work at grass root level  - Vendor management  - Negotiation skills, Analytical skills  - Ability to influence  - Holistic Thinker  - Excellent Verbal and written communication skills (English and preferably local language)  - Should be open to travel  - Strong command over Excel & SAP R3
