The incumbent would be supporting the innovation agenda in strong collaboration with other business functions.   - The key objective for the incumbent is to ensure timely product launches which will contribute to GCPL's business growth  Your role specifications :  - Manage specific NPD projects independently  - Assist in project management of all Global portfolio  - Track, communicate and develop work plans to ensure product sustainability post-launch  - Coordinate with cross functional teams including R&D, Marketing, PSO & country business/marketing teams to drive the NPD agenda  - Consumer In-sighting from respective target geographies in collaboration with the Market research team/s.  - End to end management of NPD schedule including coordination with PSO for supply planning and procurement vendor qualification.  - Ensure project timelines for launch of NPDs to suit AOP/LRP targets  Skills required :  - Logical and Analytical abilities  - Basic understanding of Marketing and Innovation  - Managing multiple stakeholders and timelines  Education :  - MBA from a premier institute .  - 2-4 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing in FMCG.
