Position: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Godrej Agrovet has 50 manufacturing facilities across India, a network of ~10,000 rural distributors/dealers and over 1400 employees.

Job Profile:

- Handle factory/labor compliance & statutory regulations.

- Manage all the recruitment and induction activities in the region.

- Manage regular day-to-day HR and Admin activities.

- Conduct the required compliance audits.

- Manage salary processing and Full & final settlements.

- Handling the entire gamut of Employee engagement activities/processes such as L&D programs, Exits, Transfers etc

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- MBA (HR) / MSW / Master in Personnel Management & IR

- 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in handling similar HR and IR roles

- Should have experience in working in Manufacturing Industry.

- Good working knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance applicable in manufacturing companies

- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask; Stakeholder management; should be ready to travel across the region.
