For Chemical Manufacturing Plant near Shirdi and Kopargaon.
Manager/ Senior manager - Plant HR - IR and Admin (Role is HR/ HR Head) reporting to Director Works.
- Preference will be given to 10 to 12 years of experience in chemical manufacturing industry.
- Key skills will be to manage multiple union situations, deal with local villagers, politicians, employee and Industrial relations, Government Liaisoning, Dealing with labour, Police, Pollution control Authorities, legal matters etc.
- Post Graduate in HR/ Labour Studies from reputed B-school.
- Candidate will be provided accommodation at plant. CTC Negotiable. One month's joining preferred.
