Job Purpose :-  Manages contracts to ensure timely renewals of contracts for operations within parameters of cost, quality and time.  Key Accountabilities :-  1. Timely and efficiently implements and maintains Contracts standard operating procedure (SOP), as per Group Company standards.  2. Coordinates with the end users and other departments to validate user requirements and ensures adherence to governance and control mechanism for timely renewals of all the contracts.  3.Ensures that economies of scale are leveraged across all Contract types to achieve effective minimization of cost.  4.Negotiates new and existing contractual services on CQD (Cost, Quality & Delivery basis for cost reduction opportunities as per the approved authority matrix.  5. Identifies new Initiatives of cost reduction opportunities.  6. Facilitates user departments for resolution of any issues with regards to contractual obligations.  7. Creates and maintains Database of all the contract documents.  8. Adopts and maintains SAP procedures for all the contract services.  9. Creates and maintains standard contract templates.  10. Develops and maintains a comprehensive Contractor rating mechanism across all contract types.  11. Develops Contractor database.  A. Core Competencies Required  1. Leadership Training   2.
