Salesforce 201 Admin Certified

Salesforce 401 Developer Certified

Experience 6+ years

Roles & Responsibilities

Technical Architect with experience of managing team and delivering project

Should know Sales cloud and Service Cloud out of box functionality and able to map with business requirement

Experience in Design and providing solution using Salesforce Out of box functionality

Good in Apex and experience in Integration

Good knowledge about Data migration activities

Should have worked on Lightning feature ( Added Advantage )

Good knowledge about deployment process

Provide necessary guidance to Support team in solution and review SOPs and Technical documents.

Service Lead will mentor L2 & L3 Team and ensure they have proper training to resolve support tickets

Ensure resource transition happens without impacting delivery and KB articles are created as a part of transition

Participate in daily team meeting and provide necessary guidance to resolve open tickets.

Responsible for Code review and peer review to ensure best practices followed by L2/L3 team while implementing any change in existing functionality or new enhancement.

Prepare project status report and review with Customer Delivery Manager

Identify any delivery risk and highlighted same to Customer Delivery Manager,

Support Customer Delivery Manager on build planning, resource planning for the builds,

Understand new features on platform and suggest options,

Propose review solutions,

Drive the KT to Support team,

Continuous delivery improvements - goals and targets - On Quarterly basis
