Position Details:  The scope of this role is to effectively plan & execute all aspects of organization's marketing policies, objectives and initiatives. The incumbent leads the marketing function, for Retail, F&B, Services, Leisure and Duty Free, for improved passenger experience.  - Marketing: Analyzing latest Non Aero Airport marketing trends and tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning marketing strategies.  - Product Awareness: Creating and executing a measurable marketing communications plan across all communications medias for Concessionaires products and services; development of content, creative & designing of marketing communication materials. Improving Passenger awareness of Airport offerings in Social media. Regular interaction with media agency to ensure on time activations  - Consumer research: Taking care of consumer research projects to understand customer perception about brands/ products/ services and analyzing the gaps to come up with strategies to meet customer expectations. Engage with agencies for periodic Market research and Mystery audit.  - Brand activation, Festivals & Promotions : Taking care of all ATL & BTL activities; cross promotions within concessionaires . Airport Retail / F&B / Services BTL activation support to Concessionaires on a periodic basis. Focus on ROI to increase cost effectiveness of campaigns.   Functional Competency Requirements:  - Demonstrates knowledge of and applies marketing terminology, tools, tactics, principles and practices, as relevant to the successful delivery of the individual role  - Understands and uses effective market research tools and techniques  - Applies market research in the development of marketing initiatives in support of the Airports goals  - Knowledge of media and materials production, communication and dissemination techniques.  - Understands the role and use of technology in marketing  - Is influential and persuasive when appropriate to secure marketing opportunities and investment  - Analyses data, identifies market trends, draw conclusions and seeks rationales  - Identifies and gathers data to support operational and strategic decision-making  - Evaluates results of marketing initiatives and campaigns, analyses and reports return on investment  - Monitors activities at other airports to identify niche opportunities, and develop market strengths  - Able to engage and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and concessionaires  - Able to assess and respond to passenger needs, and evaluate passenger satisfaction  - Able to communicate / exchange complex information and present ideas, reports, facts and other information clearly and concisely  Behavioral Competency:   - Strong attention to detail combined with an ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously  - Creative, dynamic and innovative  - Understands own role and responsibilities within team, and works collaboratively with other team members to achieve collective goals and deliver results  - Able to adapt work to accommodate unexpected changes to scope or deadlines, or incorporate new elements  - Able to socialize with and relate to a wide-range of people, honest, professional and cordial in all stakeholder and customer interaction  - Identifies interactions, links or dependencies between marketing initiatives or activities, and brings these to the attention of other team members for information or further analysis  - Self-motivated, able to work independently, meets deadlines and take ownership and accountability for own results  Experience and Qualification:  - Post-Graduation with Marketing Specialization from a Reputed B School or university.  - Work Experience of Eight (8) years with at least six (6) years of experience in Marketing
