GMR Group - Head - Airline Marketing

We are hiring for Head Airline Marketing for our GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited.

Accountabilities :

- To achieve the Airline Marketing revenue as per AOP

- To develop and Implement the Strategic Plan, AOP for Passenger Growth

- To prepare & implement Airline Incentive support plan for Strategic Hub Development by establishing Feeder Networks.

- To develop Strategy for improving the connectivity of Hyderabad Airport by introducing new Airlines (Domestic & International), new / additional routes etc.

- To increase the ATMs of Hyderabad Airport

- To plan and improve the transfer traffic handled at RGIA

- To prepare & implement Destination Marketing Plan including Inter-State Tourism Development

- To champion Policy related initiatives with Centre & State Governments and get favorable policy outcomes (reduced VAT on ATF, mixed flights, Interline, Bilaterals, RCS, NCAP etc.)

- To improve the C-Sat score of Airlines.

- To ensure Space Renewal & Airline Agreements are complied to as per the timelines without deviation

- To improve Collection Efficiency for receivables

- To ensure 100 % audit compliance

- To do extensive marketing in Domestic & International markets, develop & implement new branding proposal, website & promotion films update
