Position Details  GMR Hyderabad International Airport has set up GMR Aerospace Park with a vision to develop the park as a sought after industrial cluster for aerospace and other sectors in the region. The aerospace cluster offers land both in SEZ and non SEZ areas. This role will report to Head of Aerospace Business and perform a set of key responsibilities which aims at customer acquisition for the business.   The jobholder needs to have strategic orientation and have the ability to set and achieve long and short term goals leading to growth & development of the business. This role requires to ensure alignment of business goals with the company's strategy and ensure that needs of the business are met on time. The incumbent needs to liaise with corporates to identify industry contacts and research opportunities. This position also includes building partnership with companies and stakeholders to share the business's advantages and acquire customers.   Job Responsibilities:  - Aerospace Business Development: Business development by customer acquisition for GMR aerospace park. Identify prospective clients for aerospace park, follow up with the prospective customers, prepare business proposals, initiate discussions & negotiations and close the deal. Keep updated about the through market scan, regulatory requirements for operating of SEZ. Leading the marketing effort at aerospace exhibitions by conceptualizing theme, preparing brochures, stalls etc   - Annual Operating Plans & Lease Models: Preparing Annual Operating Plans for the businesses/JVs, Preparing Lease Rental proposals by working out financial feasibility and supporting the team, Building Financial Models for business as required. Monitoring budgets and keeping track of financials..   - Commercial Proposals: Preparing Commercial proposal and Negotiating with customers, execution of the deals and monitoring till closure.  - Market Research : Collating data, information from various information channels and identifying business opportunities.  - Manage relationships: Initiating and managing excellent relationships with all the stakeholders of the aerospace park such as customers, regulatory bodies, anchor tenants, JV partners and, facilitate business.   Functional Competency Requirements:  - Proven business development skills.  - Long-term business planning, competitor intelligence, financial modeling, contract management & negotiations skills.   - Excellent understanding of overall Indian and global commercial, international business. A good perspective of the aviation and aerospace trends globally and presently prevailing in India   - Excellent general commercial, international business & Indian/world economy awareness.  - Up to 5 years- of B2B sales/Business Development experience.   - MBA/Post Graduate in Marketing/Finance/operations/International Trade from reputed B-Schools   - Excellent literacy, numeracy and financial modeling skills.  - Very strong communication & interpersonal skills  - Highly service orientated & Results focused with a can-do attitude.   Behavioral Competency Requirements:  - Very strong in Interpersonal skills, planning and organizing skills, service orientation, communication, good in articulation   - Social and emotional maturity, flexible and intellectual adaptability, teamwork and cooperation  - Team management and leadership abilities  - Delivery & Results focused  - Customer Focus and passion for excellence.  - Flexible with high level of integrity.  Desirable:   - Aerospace industry knowledge.  - Knowledge of applicable SEZ regulations and experience in SEZ development and operations preferred.
