Title of the Position: Associate General Manager - Services

Qualification & Experience (in Years): M.B.A or PGDM with 6 yrs - 10 yrs of Experience from Top Business Schools.

Location: GMR Delhi International Airport – Delhi.

Reporting Relationship: Head - Commercial

Responsibilities:

- Devise strategic plan to enhance and sustain Services (Ground Transportation, Forex, Advertisement and Promotions, Telecom etc.) business growth

- Lead concept planning and development for various commercial services at Delhi International Airport

- Provide periodic strategic orientation to Services vertical basis the global trends and industry Benchmarks

- Plan, monitor and execute new concepts including preparation of business plan, leasing and project monitoring

- Ability to structure complex commercial contracts and execute them as per plan

- Ability to run a robust tender process in a transparent and ethical manner

- Lead innovation led initiatives for the organization

- Achievement of a robust sales target in line with Annual Operating Plan

- Connect with the industry and leading brands and bring innovation

- Guide team and stakeholders on regulatory framework and policy aspects.

Technical Competencies:

- Ability to be a thought leader in driving the team’s efforts in identifying and monetizing new revenue streams,

- Thorough with operations of all formats like Forex, ground transportation, Advertisement etc

- Strong acumen of contract structuring and valuation

- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

- Good connect with industry leaders in the domain of commercial services and ability to influence their decision positively for DIAL

- In-depth understanding of policy and regulatory framework within service sector and ability to work towards policy changes that will benefit DIAL.

- Ability to look beyond normal contours of business and conceive revenue generations streams from nontraditional sources

- Manage team to undertake robust tender and negotiation process for revenue maximization of DIAL with highest level of integrity.

- Negotiation and Convincing skills: Uses tactful strategies and personal credibility to influence strategic negotiations; can convert difficult conversations into constructive conversations.
