GM/VP - Operations - BPO

Location: Chennai / Delhi NCR

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Process performance on SLAs / Scorecards / KPIs

- Meet and exceed stated Project Revenue & Margins, identifying and driving margin improvement initiatives

- Customer Satisfaction / Employee Satisfaction

In addition, he/she will also need to :

- Participate and contribute actively for new client RFI/RFP's.

- Providing strategic direction to solutions for new opportunities under Financial market or in BFSI

- Review and approve Standard Operating Procedures, Account Maps, Process Manuals, etc.

- Provide all domain expertise related inputs and support on new deals being pursued in BFSI area

- Should have Managed Team of 500+ FTE's in their current role if they are from services BPO's

- Work with hunting & farming teams and grow existing capabilities

- Would have handled P&L of $ 70 Million+ USD

- Should have experience in Product Support - Voice Process is mandatory..
