Job Role : Role is to Lead Asset Management operations for Multiple Domestic Stake Holder, spear heading a delivery team of 700+ in wealth management, Mutual Funds etc.   Key deliverable is to provide High end Impeccable Quality service to to clients and investors through transformational projects.   Accountable for large P&L, Nurturing client relationship and handle multiple Key account management with AMCs of diver business sizes.   Key responsibilities will include seamless Business expansions, providing scope for new business Lines and complete focus on Productivity at the same time having a tab on Cost Optimization as well  Candidate profile:  He / She should be a seasoned leader with relevant experience in leading operations for a domestic Banking operations specifically in Mutual Funds, Asset Management and Health Management.   Should have spear headed large team sizes of 500+, possessing profound experience in Transition and Transformation projects as well.   Should have been instrumental in Business expansions and new deal signing as a part of operations delivery portfolio.   Should have handled complex Clients and Stake holders, Exposed to good process management practices, Demonstrated ability to work across and positively influence a large, complex organization.   Preferably from Financial services Banks Captive or 3rd Party BPO  May be from CAP Markets open to Domains  MBA from Tier 1/2 Institutes is a must
