GM/VP - Middle Office Ops - Inv Bank Domain

Graduates/MBA's with excellent communication skills. Experience of at least 3-4 years in FXMM ( Confirmations/ Settlements, Investigations, Reconciliation & Claims ) and upto 11 -14 years’ experience in IB Operations. Should have good understanding of Trade Life Cycle and at least one product in general.

- Fairly good understanding of FXMM or IB related products. Good analytical skills.

- Having worked in a global environment dealing with counterparts globally, will be an added advantage.

- Should have a good understanding of Risk and its mitigating steps

- People Management skills are must

- Prior experience in doing Process Excellence or Quality projects are desirable

- Should be willing to either work in Pune or Hyderabad as required.

- Handling large multi location teams across multiple functions.

- Attending Ops meetings for problem resolution, KPI's discussions, performance management etc.

- Responsible for Performance Measurement and Management for both interim and core cycle.

- Responsibilities include meeting KPI performance against targets, ensuring that agreed SLA's are met and any operational errors or breaches are resolved within set timelines

- Ability to do in-depth RCA for problem resolution

- Responsible for achieving PeX targets and driving Quality initiatives internally.

- Manage risk and be the client face-off for a region.
