We are hiring for one of the top Education and Training Institutions in India.

Location - West Delhi

Candidate Profile

- LLB/LLM with 10 to 15 yrs. of experience, out of which at least 2 years of working at AGM/DGM level

- Preferably have spent 4-5 years in a reputed law firm and 6-10 years in the Corporate Sector.

- Sound knowledge of Civil, Criminal, Commercial and Labour Laws.

- Good personality and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Excellent Legal Drafting skills and Case Law Research

- Ability to interact independently with Advocates, Civil and Police Authorities.

- While the position is based in Delhi, the incumbent shall be open to travel any part of the Country for 10-14 days in a month.

Job Description

- Excellent skills in drafting legal documentation, relating to business, commercial and criminal laws.

- Handling litigations under various laws, as and when arising.

- Management of legal issues in relation to business activities.

- Providing variety of transactional and documentation support on legal issues in the business operations.

- Should have exposure in compliance management with respect to corporate governance.

- Proactive identification of legal risks in the conduct of business and to provide solutions
