Key Responsibilities :  - Develop and implement a learning strategy and platform to deliver various approaches to effective learning and development, including an approach to organizational wide coaching - building internal capability and ensuring that we build capacity by utilizing the strengths of those who work for the company.  - Leading approaches to enable the organisation to unlock and develop talent.  - Handling the entire L & D activities for the offices outside the country by coordinating with the respective Heads, which involves frequent travel and Frequent Interaction with Expats.  - Hands on Experience in Strategic HR, L&D, OD, performance management, Comp &Ben, talent management, succession planning, developing mid level managers to the next level, and the entire Gamut of HR.   - Explore, with leaders across the organisation, the issues that drive the need for capability and behavioral change and development  - Support, advise and coach functional leads to ensure that learning required to support statutory organisational requirements is planned, commissioned and delivered in a cost effective and efficient way  - Understand the business objectives of Entire businesses to map and develop appropriate initiatives to up-skill employees  - Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity, and helps workers create long-term career plans within an organization.  - Creating a Center of Excellence.  The Ideal Candidate Must Have :  - 14 - 20 years of experience.  - Strong influencing skills across a range of stakeholders  - Experience handling Expats, and HR or L&D Exposure Outside the country Mandatory  - Having the courage to challenge, whilst demonstrating the ability to be flexible and adaptive, ensuring that individual and organisational needs are taken account of .  - Being innovative and creative  - Being a great coach  - Having experience of managing complex projects  - Technical learning & development/organisational development knowledge, enabling effective diagnosis of issues and development of innovative and appropriate strategies and solutions   Company:  A Reputed Client of Antal International.
