GM/VP - Human Resources - Online Travel - Startup (12-18 yrs)
Looking for a General Manager/Vice President - Human Resources for an online travel start-up based in Noida.
- As the Head of Human Resource function for the group's hospitality and OTA business, this role will be responsible for end to end HR strategy and business partnering.
- Being an integral part of top management team, this role will be responsible for integrating HR strategy into the business strategy and addressing the core aspects of leadership development, talent management, retention attractiveness, performance management and venture's values across the workforce.
- Also strategically assessing domains where value can be added with respect to compensation, OD & training, manpower, employee relations and welfare.
- Contribute to build a strong employer brand and presenting the company effectively to all stakeholders.
- Provide leadership to the HR team consisting of verticals like L&D, HR OPs, C&B, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
- Fore fronting gamut of tasks pertaining to HR activities including Talent Acquisition & Management, Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Retention and Facility Management.
- Undertaking initiatives pertaining to policies, processes, job evaluation & competency profiling, performance and reward management.
- Exceptional profiles from premium B schools will be considered for this role. Also we are strictly looking for someone from Hospitality, Consulting, Technology, Internet and FMCG only.
