Client : India's leading manufactures of HCVs and transport solution provider.
Job Responsibility :
- Extensive experience of dealing with public sector and other banks at senior levels.
- Should have experience of independently raising term loans and working capital loans.
- Well versed with various financial instruments and finance structures to raise capital
- Well versed with financial modelling, business plans and financial projections and financial analysis
- Dealt with various classes of investors including private equity investors
- All round treasury experience with good knowledge of foreign exchange.
- Good analytical abilities to analyse balance sheets, financial ratios and financial parameters
