Good Technical knowledge acquired thru hands on experience in Production, Maintenance functions of Plants, worked in factories having non-carbonated drinks(juices). Should have more exposure towards blowing and filling process in PET bottles, Tetra Pak packing. Knowledge in production equipment like PET blowing machines, Tetra pak machines, filling lines, secondary packaging, utility, Beverage Processing and preform making, process equipment in juice industry like pasteurizers, homogenizes etc . details as below: Position - AVP Technical (Head Technical) Team Size - 18-20 Manager & GM LEVEL Reporting to - Management Location - Mumbai, Responsibility: 1 - Monitoring the operations of all manufacturing units in detail. Ensure capacity growth as per plan and timely delivery to customers. 2 - Commissioning of brownfield and Greenfield projects. 3 - Overseeing the equipments through proper asset car, involved in beverage manufacturing industry, like PET blowing machines, Tetra pak machines, filling lines, secondary packaging euipments, utility, Beverage Processing and perform making lines. 4 - Focus on Continuous Improvement to implement good manufacturing practices and excellence across plants.
