POSITION: POSITION: GM Talent Management

DEPARTMENT – HRD                            

Designation: GM 

ORGANIZATION: BIL

Location: Mumbai

Major Functions:

 - Define, implement & execute HR and Talent Management processes in line with strategic business needs. 

 - Work closely with Line & HR team to review and implement Talent & Performance Mgt solutions and reward & recognition to maximize team & individual performance 

 - Provide change management support and coaching for new HR processes & systems in line with business needs. Monitor & evaluate effectiveness of HR processes through HR analytics, metrics and audit.  

 - Build and facilitate competency development, succession management & change management processes. 

 - Branding inititiatives. Coordinate employee communication & engagement programs and diagnostics

 - Actively partner with HODs to identify critical business issues and address them through development and effective implementation of HR initiatives

 - Ensure resolution to employee’s issues / grievances within SLAs

 - Track Early Warning Indicators & conduct retention / counseling meetings 

 - Career Planning & People Development

 - Conducting Exit Interviews & processing FFS for resigned employees.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 

 - MBAs/PGs with 15 years relevant experience in Talent Management.

 - Must have worked in large, professionally managed organizations.
