Job Description:

Overall Planning of the availability of all products at the regional level(pan India) through

- Continuous forecasting and coordination with the shipping and transporter teams

- Maintaining raw material inventory and proper ordering of raw material

- Responsible for inter-unit transfer i.e. allocation of production to other units

- Developing team as well as coordinating with the shipping/Transporters team

- Understanding sales requirement and converting it to production and dispatch plans

- Freight negotiations

- Understanding warehouse requirements and contracting for the same.

- Ensure Proper ordering of Raw material and ensure that there is no write off in case of Raw material

- Ensure that Sales and Inventory Planning is drawn by march and every individual discusses and plans accordingly

- Identify bottle necks in supply chain and Plan to eliminate bottle necks

- Train the shipping team, implement SAP training and take care that all the systems are in place and people follow them

- Responsible to support MU Sales team in running promotions, new product launches

Experience and Qualification

- MBA/ Cost Accountant from a good institute preferred

- 5 yrs + of experience across Supply Chain and Logistics

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills

- Strong project management and data interpretation/ analysis skills

- Ability to cross-reference and benchmark
