GM-Supply Chain

Position: GM - Supply Chain for F&B Sector.

Hierarchy : Directly Reporting to VP- Operations.

What we are looking for :

Capabilities :

- Solid Operations Background and Mindset

- Worked with warehousing and logistics; cold chain logistics preferable

- Food and Beverage Industry Supply Chain Experience

- Sourcing and Procurement Experience, with international sourcing experience preferable

- Startup attitude is a must: quick execution and willingness to work crazy hours and 6 days a week

Preferred Industry : Retail, E-Commerce, F&B, FMCG, Airlines

Responsibilities :

- Managing supply chain end to end, from sourcing, warehousing, logistics and storage

- Developing Operations excellence processes and SOPs around commissary, outsourcing and other part of supply chain

- Managing sourcing of tea and other raw materials from across India

- Procurement of all supplies for F&B SECTOR/cafe and delivery business; development of international sourcing SOPs

- Equipment and process standardization to ensure excellence in operations

- Central production planning and execution of all food, beverage and dry products.

Preferable Institutions : IITs, BITS and NIT- s

Ideal experience : 4-9 years

Compensation : 20 - 30 L, with an option of ESOP- s
