Company is Based out Bhopal (MP).   Job Title - GM/Sr.GM - Finance  Location - Bhopal  Preferred Education - CA / ICWA  Preferred Experience/ Age Range - 12-15 Years Exp. / Age around 40 years  Position Purpose - To Lead Finance Function for the Vertical  Key Responsibilities:  Will be responsible for providing leadership in business aspects & F&A operations detailed here under:  - Strategic planning & execution of operations.  - Financial analysis and reporting for achieving operational efficiency through cost optimization, target setting and benchmarking.  - Set up business processes and look for continuous improvement in existing business processes.  - Market analysis & business intelligence.  - Finalization of books as per Indian GAAP.  - Audit & other statutory compliances.  Key Requirements:   - Must be a go getter, possessing analytical attitude, innovative approach and leadership skills.  - Proven ability to interact with senior management including promoters.  - Must have a good personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.  - Must have excellent financial & managerial skills and the ability to train & mentor F&A team members at different locations for the effective completion of the assigned tasks & objectives.  - Should be able to establish effective coordination across functions
