GM/Sr GM - Branding - Agriculture - IIM (6-12 yrs)
Creating Annual Brand plan formulation & Implementation
- Aligning with current strategic directions of Food Business and different businesses within Agriculture,
- Covering aspects of customer segmentation, competition analysis, brand budget planning
Implementation of plan
- Launch New brands/Categories
- Brand Reviews to strengthen strategic alignments for product/brand growth
Quarterly reviews
- Brand activations with result-orientation and time and cost ownership
- Developing Execution Plan with Roles & responsibilities, Timeline adherence
- Communication development in close coordination with Agencies, Product Management, Sales team
Briefing the agency
- Evaluation of creative’s
- Execution of creative’s as per plan
- Innovative marketing solutions to deliver higher impact
- Identify new platforms for engaging with the customers
- Conduct necessary market research
- Briefing the Research Head
- Interaction with the Research team
- Field visit with the Research team
- Aligning actions based on research
- Direct touch with Customer, channel contacts for first hand analysis and implementation of strategies

What I am looking for :
Age : 30 to 35 years
Education Qualification : MBA from premier institutes like IIM A, IIM- B
