The position is GM (Projects and Exports), India and will be located in Delhi with a flexibility to travel all over the country, and to other global locations for Export Jobs and Projects. This position reports to the Director Marketing of provides excellent growth opportunities within the companies Responsibilities.

The candidate will manage the sales and marketing activities of in India, in coordination with the management.

Key tasks to be performed:

- Market creation and growth. Order Booking as per set targets.

- Create and grow market share and maintain margin requirements through market penetration of high tech Blowers and compressor systems, which includes a variety of rotating equipment, heat transfer equipment, control systems, etc.

Key Account management:

- Build and manage key client relationships; interact with customers through techno-commercial selling to meet their specific needs

Channel Management:

- Monitor effectiveness and develop new partners (OEM Clients ); support them in tendering processes; direct, motivate and train them on the business and competitive position in the market; ensure their business efficiency

Market development:

- Perform business forecasting, identify new market and new product opportunities and ways to maximize margins. Prepare long-range strategic sales & marketing plans including competition analysis.

Promotional activities:

- Further increase and popularize the Company brand in India and overseas - initiate product / company promotional programs including creation of marketing collaterals and advertisements; build relationships with business intermediaries and influencers

- Make and manage a team of process sales engineers, senior engineers etc. and ensure the successful working and operation of all (Targets to be met and multiplied).

Other Required Skills:

Profile:

- The candidate has to be an engineering graduate from a reputed institute, having 12-15 years of experience in sales of Industrial equipment in India, with at least 7-10 years in managing direct sales and creation of partners.

- The candidate should have a proven track record in developing and executing business plans focusing on sales and profitability.

- The candidate should are well exposed to process industries such as Water Treatment , pulp & paper, power, chemical, oil & gas, Steel and similar product applications.

- The candidate should have developed new, large accounts and also managed indirect sales through channel partners

- The candidate should have experience in market development activities, brand creation and team building.

- The candidate should are familiar with a global work environment and comfortable with a daily reporting structure.

- You have worked in progressive companies in India in related technology areas. You are dynamic, open-minded and innovative with independent and strategic thinking abilities. Familiarity with Indian market and business environment is a must and you must be conversant in English and Hindi and any other languages.

- if conversant with ERP systems , it would be an added advantage.
