Key Responsibilities :   - Achieve the business objectives as per plan and ensure maximum market share by en-cashing opportunities.   - Assume the Profit and Loss responsibility for business Operations   - Implement business plan at grass root level   - Ensure retention of current market share and maximize the share as per plan   - Co-ordination with direct reports (8 DGMs) to achieve sales & collection targets consistently and periodical review of the same.   - Enhance brand visibility   - Ensure focus on markets where competition is strong & implement appropriate strategy to counter   - Achieve customer delight by offering quality products / services through better processes   - Enhance corporate image   - Meeting commitments given to external customers   - Optimum utilization of human resource and competency up-gradation of the team to improve productivity   - Involve team to prepare activities related & productivity targets & validate   - Conducts Monthly Review of performance   - Initiate key influencer meets & monitor sales   - Ensure Cost optimization & elimination of wastage   - Allocate existing manpower compliment as per requirement & competencies   - Understand & support employee's career development goals. Develop and execute initiatives to improve team capability and capacity   - Attract, recruit, induct & retain quality man power   - Establish and develop relationships with collaborating suppliers and external organizations to meet Organizational goals.   - Ensure proper market intelligence in place of competition, new business trends, information on infrastructure and newer opportunities   - Generate innovative ideas and suggest team in getting new clients   - Monitor & ensure compliance of statutory and corporate obligations   - Ensure close watch on brand infringement   Preferred Candidates :  - Any Graduate/Post Graduate with Technical Knowledge and Experience in the Pharma/FMCG/ Telecom industry in the domain of marketing and sales.   - Any one working currently as a Zonal or Regional Head or GM - Sales and Marketing,   - Good Communication and Persuasive skills   - Leadership Skills   - Ability to handle stress   - Problem Solving Ability   - Pan India Exposure
