GM - Sales & Marketing - General Division - Pharma

Our Client is a Mid Sized flourishing pharma company looking for GM-Sales & Marketing (General Division)

Age 30-40yrs is the preferred age

Qualification B.Pharm,/M.Pharm

Experience (yrs) 15-20yrs with last 5-6 yrs experience in the similar position with one of top 50 pharma companies (Mid-sized companies) preferably and handling General division of size at least 150-250cr with focus on Gynac, Peads, Derma & GP. Minimum 5 yrs experience of marketing is a MUST

Qualitative experience:

A blend of business, Sales & Marketing; those willing and determined to grow tangentially and capable of delivering tangential growth for the Organization. A leader with vision and proven track record of taking the company to that height by delivering the desired growth profitably.

Joining Immediate

Reporting/Reportees Reporting to the Director;

Will lead a team of 250 PSRs, 50ABMs, 10 RBMs (with presence in 18 states) and product management team of 4 people.

KRA Topline from close to 40 crore to 100crore in 3 yrs;

With at least 4-5 brands touching the mark of at least 10 crore each; PAN India presence
