One of the leading group in Fertilizer industry based out of hyderabad is looking for sales and marketing head   Candidate should come from either pesticides or fertilizer industry and should have done channel and distribution sales .  Strategic   - Ensure that Organization delivers consistently on agreed sales and profitability targets .  - Support product development and penetrate into different geographic segments for this and related products  Operational   Sales & Marketing   - Formulate and follow the marketing strategies to build customer preference and drive volumes.   - Evaluate market budgets periodically including marketing plans, manpower planning, product planning and -ensuring adherence to planned expenses.   - Devise periodic sales plan and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly & annual sales numbers.  - Explore and expand the new markets for growth.  Business Development  - Analyse business potential, implement plans to drive sales and achieve desired targets.   - Monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures for pricing and sales.  - Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction by achieving the set quality norms.   Distribution Management  - Enable business growth by developing distribution networks across assigned territories and implement the effective channel programs.  - Identify and network with financially strong & reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.   - Administer cost management, infrastructure planning and enhance the distribution networks.  Brand Management  - Ensure maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market shares.  Key Account Management  - Identify and network with prospective clients to generate business from the new and existing accounts and achieving increased sales growth, thus increasing profitability.
