GM - Sales & Marketing - Derma Domain - Pharma (14-20 yrs)

Our Client is a mid sized organization growing with Rs.600 mn. marketing, presence in domestic and international organizations.

Criteria: GM-Sales & Marketing (Derma)

Age: 40-45 years is the preferred age

Qualification B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.B.B.S with MBA

Experience (years):

- 15-20 years with last 5-6 years experience in the similar position with one of top 20 pharma companies preferably and handling Derma division of size at least 50-60cr with focus on Cosmetology.

- Should have a strong network of top/b class dermatologist/cosmetologist

- Minimum 2-3 years experience of sales and marketing each is a Must

Qualitative experience Requirements:

- A blend of business, Sales & Marketing; those willing and determined to grow tangentially and capable of delivering tangential growth for the Organization. A leader with proven track record of delivering the desired growth profitably.

CTC: 20% hike on existing ctc.

Job location: Mumbai

Joining: Immediate

Reporting/Reportees: Reporting to the Director;

- Will lead a team of 45 PSRs, 9ABMs, 2 RBMs and 2 product managers with presence in 7 states

- KRA Topline from 7 crore to 25 crore in 2-3 years

- With at least 4-5 brands touching the mark of at least 2-3crore each; PAN india presence
