Identifies and develops new products and opportunities for existing products to meet targeted growth plans in conjunction with engineering and operations.  - Gain adequate market knowledge and keep a check on competitor activities in order to gain competitive advantage and contribute to the organization’s strategic and annual planning process. Market expansion plans on new product launches & strategic growth initiatives.  - Prepare sales plan based on customer feedback, past performance, and projected sales for achievement of sales volume and revenue target  - Communicates with customers and develops strategies and programs to satisfy both internal and customer requirements  - Decide on pricing strategies based on the various markets by offering differentiated value added products to leading brands  - Develop new markets & customers (with focus on International Markets) to reduce dependability on large customers & thus de-risking the sales activity   - Create differentiated products in line with new trends for targeting better price realization over competition & earn more profits from existing customers by offering them the BEST SERVICE  - Coordinate and ensure timely raising of invoice and receiving the same by key account customers  - Follow up with key account customers for timely collections/payments against invoices and ensure implementation of measures to reduce customer outstanding   - Maintain below 60 days outstanding payments for domestic trade & Brands, Exports as per agreed terms   - Maintain inventory stock at budgeted level   - Plan & monitor delivery schedule, closely monitoring stocks of new developments  - Devise and implement measures to control inventory thereby ensuring stock is in accordance with sales  - Holds team accountable for performance.
