Experience:
Total Experience: 15 - 20 years preferably from the ACP Industry / Building Material / Laminates / Plywood / Decoratives
Relevant Experience: Atleast 5 Years of latest experience in ACP / Ply / Laminates & Decoratives
Age Limit : 40 - 45 Years
Qualifications Details: Engineer / Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing)
Languages: English / Hindi / Regional language
Technical Expertise: Computer Savvy, ERPs / SAP / Excel / Power point, etc.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Profit Center Head (Sales and Marketing Function of region).
- Work according to the sales marketing plan
- Work within the expenses budget of region.
- Fixation of targets of sales and collections and closely monitoring the same to see that they are achieved in time.
- Supporting people reporting to him so as to close the sales deal, if required close the deal.
- Finalisation of communication and advertising plan.
- Liaisoning and coordination with corporates.
- Executing sales documents.
- Authorising budget for sales expenses and events organizing.
- PR activities for Marketing and Sales Related Areas.
- Prepare the agenda and minutes of departmental meetings and making a meaningful work plan from the same.
- Generate sales inquiries and close sales.
- Development of new customers and groups.
- Finalisation of product documents, broachers and other presentation material and sales stationary.
- Waiver of interest on outstanding overdue customer accounts.
- Tie up and create various schemes and products for existing as well as prospective customers.
- Organise various events for corporate brand building and improving customer relations and customer bondage.
- Decide on rates and discounts to customers.
- Signing petty cash vouchers.
- Recommend loan to employees.
- Sanction advt., donations etc. from approved budget.
- Sanction sales promotion and marketing expenses from pre-approved budget.
- Recommending employees for promotion / transfer.
- Taking report from his / her subordinates. To approve and sanction the leave of the people working under him/her. To take proper disciplinary action in consultation with the higher authorities.
- Any other job that may be entrusted by the management from time to time irrespective of the trade and grade of the employee.
