Job:

- The position shall report to the top management and shall be responsible for the Sales / Marketing of Tyres / Batteries business of the Group through nationwide distribution network.

- He shall be responsible for the overall direction and management of all sales and business development activities, including imports, inventory management, pricing, promotional strategies, CRM, manpower development, etc.

- The job involves close liaison with foreign principals and to plan & implement aggressive strategies to achieve desired sales, market share and profitability objectives of the division.

- Maintaining relation with key customers, implementing innovative promotional campaigns, exploring growth opportunities, credit control, dealer management, training and motivating a team of highly competent sales / marketing professionals also form part of the key responsibilities.

Qualification: Graduate with additional management qualification from reputed institute.

Experience:

- Around 25 years in sales & marketing with minimum 10 years in a senior / top management position, managing a large team in a reputed organization.

- The ideal candidate should be currently heading the national/ international sales, handling large volume with focus on replacement market in passenger car / truck tyre segment.

- Proven track record & leadership qualities, effective communication, strong inter-personal skills, sound commercial acumen, analytical ability and pleasing personality are essential.
