Position – G.M (Sales)
Location – Chennai
The incumbent will be developing and executing a long term roadmap to deliver the State’s stated vision, Formulating Sales strategies specific to state - sales growth, adopting/ implementing systems & best practices, distribution, cost reduction, capability building) integrated with Marketing strategies, developing alternative ‘ways to market’, taking the state to the next level of execution, Ensuring Execution of the plans, through his ASMs in his State to deliver growth, Geographic Penetration and Spread, Capability building/People Management / Coaching the team.
The incumbent should be MBA / PGDM from reputed institute like Symbiosis, Bhartidasan (BIM), TAPMI, Loyola Institute etc. with at least 7 to 11 yrs of post MBA experience in Sales & Marketing in a reputed FMCG Company.
