Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for developing sales, plan, generating leads and executing to meet targets

- Develop proposals, lead client discussions and ensure ongoing implementation is as planned and up to client’s satisfaction.

- Conceptualize means to increase business through new opportunities, e.g. new markets, new products

- Keep up to date with industry developments in training and development practice and understand market competitors

- Manage service delivery to clients, including performance analysis and determine needs and solutions

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Post-Graduate/MBA in marketing with 10 - 20 years of experience

- Track record in initiating and executing sales strategy.

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence at all levels.

- Ability to work in a results oriented environment.

- Excellent methodical and tactical sales skills.

- Willing to travel extensively for sales calls.
