General Manager – Sales & Marketing:
- Generate sales orders by following guidelines set by the management.
- Ensure the submission of pre – qualification documents to clients and consultants on time.
- Present the company’s background and services to clients and consultants.
- Ensure regular meetings with consultants, project managers, main contractors and clients with regards to upcoming projects and tenders that have been submitted.
- Co ordinate with tendering department to ensure the submission of post tender clarifications along with value engineering proposals.
- Delegate work to the marketing department’s staff concerning business.
- Showcase the various project the company is involved in Dubai with to consultants and clients for Indian and overseas operations.
- Finalize sub contractor agreements by coordinating between the commercial dept. and the clients.
- Business with better profit margins.
