Desired Profile :

- Must have exposure in handling multiple regions or PAN India business

- Must have experience in handling Modern Trade/ Institutional Sales

- Must have team handling experience

- Must be from FMCG/Food/Beverages

Experience required : 12-15 years

About our Client - Our client is one the Major organization in Foods and Beverages category. It's an old company having its operation across India and also exports in foreign location.

Designation : GM-Alternate Channel (Modern Trade & Institutional Sales)

Reporting to : VP-Sales

Reportees : Business Manager and BDMs

Job Description :

- Sell/Cover all Modern Trade outlets within the defined geography

- Lead with direct team responsibility

- Manage relationships at stores, distribution centers, zonal offices of all the Modern Trade chains

- Lead a team of merchandisers & promoters to drive visibility and off takes through the modern trade outlets

- Manage exclusive Modern Trade distributor based in the geography.

- Drive sales in Modern Trade in assigned geography

- Coordinate with Modern Trade account teams and customer marketing teams on plans and inputs to maximize sales from the channel

- Forecast and report sales for the defined geography
