GM - Quality Assurance - Agri/FMCG (15-20 yrs)
We are hiring for "GM – Quality Assurance"
Location: Karnal
Responsibility:
- Arranging for examining and testing of paddy, rice, and packing materials received from outside with reference to laid down parameters with a view to ascertaining and assessing suitability for being used as raw /packing materials.
- Managing in-process quality control (IPQC) system
- Traceability: Developing and executing a system to keep samples of each of production batches in various processing plants for each shift, samples from each container and truck sent to export or domestic customers and any other samples that will help establish traceability at a later date.
- Improving coordination & cooperation through feedback system
- Is responsible, to implement & maintain, Quality Management System, Food Safety Management System & BRC requirements within his department
Background Experience:
- Knowledge of paddy and rice, milling process, various physical, chemical and microbiological tests made on paddy and rice to assess their quality status, IPQC process and methods to maintain quality while rice and paddy processing.
- Knowledge of various packing materials used in rice & paddy industry and how their quality is ascertained.
- Ability to analyze technical data for corrective actions as also for preparation of reports, statements and projections.
