POST- G.M/D.G.M , Project  Qualification:  B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering having from a reputed institution having min 10-12 yrs of experience.  JOB DESCRIPTION  Candidate should have handled High-end Commercial / Hospitality/Hotel /Multiplex Project. Should have handled high end finishes, experience into well designed Project implementation/ reviewing design drawings/ Handling Contractors/ Delivery of Quality work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion, providing the highest standards of project management delivery.  Key responsibilities:  - Lead the site team and look after execution of the project  - Estimation and Budget Preparation  - M.I.S Preparation and report to the senior management  - Be accountable for billing of the different contractors  - Coordinate and manage inputs from other team members  - To provide full efficient and effective services in all technical and contractual aspects  - Professional interface with Architect, contractors and other disciplines  - To ensure the high quality and timeliness of project  - Representation of the team  - Prepare project status and progress reports  - To check the GFC drawings and point out the practical problems & solution  - To control the extra item generation  - Evaluation of extra items  - To make and maintain the check list for quality, execution, billing and store  - To inform the short coming to the management in advance  - To make the proper and timely correspondence with the contractor  - Able to make/arrange the practical Project schedule and maintain it through the different contractors  - To maintain the balance with the contractors/PMC and his senior management  COMPUTER LITERACY  Able to do the proper correspondence, well versed with MS office, Excel and MS Projects. Knowledge of Auto-Cad will be added advantage.
