General Manager / Program Manager / Senior Manager - Healthcare

Location : Hyderabad

a. 12 + years of experience in healthcare RCM business

b. Handled US clients both providers and Medical billing companies directly

c. Currently working in healthcare RCM practice

d. Handling end to end RCM practice including coding / billing ( demo / claims / Payment posting) and A/R

e. Must have experience in implementing and deploying an RCM product in-house

f. Should have spent a collective period of over 2 years in the US specific to transition

g. Should have a span across a minimum of 1/2 projects each - 150 people

h. Must be a certified blackbelt Six Sigma

i. Preference to Medical educational qualifications

j. Preference given to a reputed full time masters US education

k. Communication must be excellent specific to the US environment

l. People Management skills excellent

m. Ability to be flexible in timings and travel
