KRA :

- Create and Manage NPI hopper – Priorities for business impact

- Drive NPI programs : planned releases

- Market assessment and customer insights for NPI

- Competitive intelligence (price /performance)

- Benchmarking against standards and competition

- Portfolio rationalization and margin optimization

- Support PM team with data analysis

- Propose pricing structures

- Custodian of all product related reporting

Profile :

Qualifications & Exp :

- Engineer (Polymer/Chem/Mech)

- Min 10 years work ex

- Background

- Automotive, Rubber, Agri equipment

- Soft Skills

- Self starter & result oriented

- Eye for Details

- Very organized
