Designation: Site PEX Coach (GM Process Excellence)

Location: Pune

Experience: 8-15 years

Position specification:

 - A Master black belt with over all 10 -15 years with 6 to 8 years of post Black belt experience & 3+ years in a leadership role with proven ability to lead, motivate and engage a diverse and large work force

 - Engineering or Management graduate, preferably with a strong technical background /aptitude to facilitate the understanding of how Process Excellence can be used to meet specific business needs

 - Experience from a similar position in a BPO and manufacturing entity

 - Strong change management skills, envisioning and overcoming obstacles while ensuring benefits are realized

 - Proven strong communication skills ensuring clear, direct and appropriate communication at multiple organizational levels

 - Visionary, innovative and dynamic

 - Highly result oriented, ready to take challenges and able to work under pressure

 - High analytical / problem-solving skills   

Key Responsibility:  

 - Structure, coach and support the GSC Delivery organisation towards Systemic thinking at all levels

 - Support the GSC in building and sustaining PEX competencies required in the business process through training, coaching and certifications

 -  Act as a change leader in developing PEX competencies & bring in best in class PEX practices and standards in to the site

 - Lead, manage and develop the PEX Transformation teams in the GSC Site

 - Acts as a “go to person” to global process leads to support transformation initiatives in Liner Business

 - Anchors PEX community forums – within /outside GSC

 - Supports large cross functional projects, on a case to case basis

 - Ensures frameworks are adhered to consistently across site and processes & continuously improve.

 - Extract learnings for how the PEX mindset, behaviours and application is embedded and where value is gained

 - Drive alignment within the GSC organisation (local, country, global), proposing and leading the necessary change initiatives, ensuring compliance with global processes and governance                                                                      

 - Responsible for leading, building, developing and retaining a self-sustained and highly effective local PEX initiatives in the site
