Job description:

- Drive customer satisfaction

- Drive product improvement based on customer complaints, user experience and automation

- Drive resolution of transaction issues by interacting with Service provider and Technology team

- Handle call center and query resolution

Desired candidate profile:

- MBA

- 8 to 12 years experience in operations preferably in Telecom / Travel / Online portals

- Must have exposure to call center

- Technology + Business exposure
