GM - Operations - Retail/QSR

General Manager will be responsible for the growth, profitability & operations for A Retail Chain of QSR. The General Manager will help grow the brand and drive retail operations excellence.

- Lead, supervise and mentor entire retail operations team.

- Formulate & review performance against operating plans, analyze market conditions, Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and improvement.

- Co-ordinate inter-departmental activities with production, business development and finance departments.

- Provide P&L leadership to brand.

- Works in partnership with the Managing Director to achieve overall company goals for sales, gross margins and controllable expenses.

- Identifies personnel and staffing issues for long-term success of outlets.
