Education:

- MBA Finance (Tier 1 school) / CFA (Level 3) / CA

Experience/Role:

- Manage overall R&A business for Banking clients having a team of 175 FTE

Client business areas: Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Wholesale Lending Services, Retail/Consumer Banking & Trade Finance

- Responsible for stability of Ops plus yoy growth of the account

- Minimum 8 years in Financial Services and / or KPO industry

- Preferred areas: Wealth Management, Asset Management, Corporate / Investment Banking

- Has strong hands-on Research background in areas such as Portfolio Management / Asset Allocation / Lending / I-Banking

- Has managed team of Min. 50 resources

- Understand team dynamics well - work allocations, work review, people related issues, etc

- Has been involved in recruitment, appraisals

- Has undertaken solutions, transitions, program management

- Has been involved in providing domain trainings, cross-team trainings, etc to nourish a strong and dynamic team culture

- Has worked with Senior Management on strategic and growth related matters

- Has liaised with clients on a regular basis; been associated in Governance discussions, MIS reporting

- Has a keen eye to identify growth opportunities and pitch to clients via execution of successful pilot programs; has worked closely with Account Manager and process stakeholders

- Has a positive attitude, handles issues with patience, prioritizes work well.
