Professional Qualification if any - PG / MBA / BE

Skills (Must Have)

- Willingness to work 24/7 - needs to be comfortable with working in shifts

- Strong interpersonal and influence management skills

- Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units

- Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans

- Strong analytical skills with an ability to solve the problem with a win-win negotiation approach

- Ability to lead people on large, multi-functional efforts

- Advanced knowledge of PC technology-DOS, applications and on-line tools

- Expert knowledge of service procedures

- Good Communication skills

- Good interpersonal skills with excellent man-management capabilities.

- Good analytical skills.

- Aptitude for understanding technology

- Independent decision making.

- Should have past experience in working and communicating with client organization. Exposure to Six Sigma and Lean methodology. Should be at least a GREEN Belt.

- Good presentation skill.

- Should have managed large teams / Big span of control

- Responsible for co-ordination of various activities/people and logistics.

- Support in analysis, data and decision-making

- Six Sigma training

- Should have led a major change initiative independently.

- Experience (Minimum) - 13 Years

- Experience (Maximum) - 17 Years

Job Description

- Develop strategy for identifying processes that can be off shored – existing and new clients

- Drive the pre-sales efforts for the BU working in tandem with the sales team

- Lead responses to RFI / RFPs and presentations to new prospects

- Solutioning for new clients and new processes of existing clients

- Project planning and execution – Prepare overall transition plan, track progress, manage transition related issues, milestone reviews, manage process ramp up and stabilization

- Needs to have strong Team Leading ability

- Good rapport building skills, extremely methodical and organized

- High Performance orientation and manage Team performance effectively.

- Change management skills

- Should have led a major change initiative independently.

- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.

- Some background on statistics will help.

- Should have managed large teams / Big span of control

- Responsible for co-ordination of various activities/people and logistics.

- Support in analysis, data and decision-making

Security Roles & Responsibilities

- Updates himself regularly with Company policies on Information Security Management System.

- Ensure subordinates are aware of Company policies, in particular those on Information Security.

- Ensure adherence to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work.

- Ensure Process adheres to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work.

- Ensure adherence to the Contractual Requirements of the Process/Function.

- Encourage all subordinates to Report Security Incidents.

- Ensure Compliance and Security Trainings for subordinates are conducted periodically.

- Cooperate with Compliance and Security officers with Security Investigations.

- Monitor Compliance adherence and ensure a monthly review of status.

- Facilitate Regular Audits to detect any compliance or contractual breaches and encourage continuous improvements.

- Ensure Risk assessment is conducted for the process at the start of Operations and on any major change taking place.

- Review Risk Assessment document and implement mitigations strategies.
