They are one of the leading giants in Bag Packaging Industry.   Our Client is committed to designing and manufacturing the highest quality bag packaging systems (Machines) and bagging materials, while supporting customers with exceptional customer service.   Today, Our Client is a global packaging supplier, with sales, service, and distribution offices located worldwide. Their team of technical field service engineers is the largest in the bag packaging industry and backed by a parts and service organization that includes dedicated technical phone support, bagger machine repair, custom engineering and system integration services.   Role : Responsible & accountable for P&L and all operational functions within an assigned Location.   Reporting to : Director Marketing   Job Responsibilities:  - Provide leadership & direction in achieving Sales & Profit targets for the Business. Evaluate, propose / implement strategic initiatives where necessary to achieve corporate strategies  - Develop reporting personnel to achieve professional levels of organizational development/succession plans. Provide appropriate training and skills development to exceed job requirements. Initiate/lead Regional Team building tactics / activities.  - Develop a comprehensive knowledge base of the key accounts. Lead high level decision making account strategies; drive/support value added strategies, implement generic tactics where applicable, report/monitor competition trends/activities.  - Establish clear, concise tactical goals for all reporting personnel and channel partners to achieve Business Sales & Profit targets.
