GM - Marketing & Sales - Industrial Fans (10-15 yrs)
SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY:
Lead the subsidiary company and assume responsibility for all Fan sales in all over world.
KEY EXECUTIVE ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
Ideally a Mechanical Engineering degree
Further business qualification would be advantageous MBA (Marketing)
At least 10 years post qualifying experience in sales and operations in Fan Industries
Previous experience in a General Manager role with profit and loss responsibility for business with a turnover of INR 300 Mn.
Should have managed a Sales & Marketing Team of at least 20 people
KEY JOB PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Rapidly gain an understanding of the business, its products, system and markets
Drive the Sales and Marketing function to ensure achievement of sales and margin targets above budget levels
Contribute to the development of the holding company's strategic plan to grow the business by product and market development, as well contribute to the further development of the overall Industrial Fans business
Ensure that appropriate financial systems and controls are in place, and managed; so that Business Unit's operating parameters can be determined and managed.
Ensure that key market technologies at all levels are understood and developed
Stimulate a continuous improvement culture within all sectors of the Business Unit to promote optimum business performance and customer service levels
Identify, propose and pursue, where agreed, new opportunities for product, process or market development and growth
