GM - Legal - Infrastructure/Energy/Power/Telecom

- Support primarily the M&A, JV Formation, industry related regulatory and compliance,

- Take an active role in managing internal stakeholders and advising on legal, risk and governance issues.

- Address high legal risk issues for tenders and regular cadence

- Risk evaluation for complex and high risk Services deals and Services approvers

- Act as SME for Contract across all Services segments for the company.
