GM - Legal & Company Secretary - Mfg

An esteems client is looking for a GM - Legal and Corporate Secretary.

- The incumbent should have worked with an MNC with international operations.

- She will be required to be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

- She must have ~18 years of experience with at least 10 years as a Company Secretary in a publicly listed company.

- The individual's experience should be skewed towards independent preparation and handling of negotiations and drafting of complex contracts, briefs for litigation and arbitration, matters of significance, cases for opinion, drafting petitions and affidavits, briefing counsels, and interactions with bankers/financial institutions on various aspects of law and practice.

Compensation is not a constraint for the right candidate.
