GM - Knowledge Management - ICT/Telecom (13-18 yrs)
Responsibilities:
To build a Knowledge Management strategy, organization and practice including:
- Identifying and implementing a Learning Management System (LMS) for partners (maintaining appropriate LMS compliance standards)
- To develop a comprehensive curriculum structure, training and certification framework and measurement and maintenance process for knowledge tracking and management for all partners globally.
- To develop the Training & Certification content, maintenance standards and scalable delivery platforms (for example eLearning and class-room based training) to support roll-out to our partners globally.
- Issue documented guidance on content development, curriculum development, delivery methods and measurement.
- Manage all training infrastructure and operations. Build and maintain the company Partner Training Portal for Partners.
- Work closely with Product organization to evolve and establish e-learning modules, video modules and deliver product and technology update trainings to partners
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- Graduate with experience for last 7-10 years in Knowledge management, with a Telecom or ICT company would be preferred
